Quality Assurance

All Enthermics by Pedigo units are hand built in the USA and pass quality testing before leaving our manufacturing facility. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team checks each unit then send off for final inspection by our trained Quality Assurance technician.

Prior to leaving our facility, the technicians perform:

• Electrical safety testing
• Thermal performance Testing
• A visual inspection for cosmetic defects and labeling

The Engineering and QA teams continually monitor AORN guidelines to ensure that Enthermics by Pedigo products meet them, as well.

In 2024, Enthermics joined the Pedigo Products family, a leading manufacturer of stainless steel hospital equipment based in Vancouver, Washington. The two companies had worked closely together for years, so the acquisition was less of a change and more of a natural next step in a shared commitment to quality.

As part of this transition, manufacturing has consolidated at Pedigo’s Washington State facility. This move means every warming cabinet now benefits from Pedigo’s established manufacturing systems, equipment, and quality controls — combining Enthermics’ decades of warming expertise under one roof with a proven infrastructure built for precision and consistency.
